This is from the No Kings statement re Saturday’s protests. It’s extraordinarily weak. Why isn’t he spending any dollars on missile strikes right here at home?
Now, I am not a believer in the “the stronger the statement the more of everything good” theory of changing the world, but this is still a bit ridiculous. Given the near-universal opposition to the war from the constituency being represented at these protests, they’re really dropping the ball. Make sure to bring your antiwar signs.
