A reminder of the racism of the Democratic Party leadership, like the Republicans...

I cannot interpret the Supreme Court's decisions regarding racial gerrymandering any other way than that they believe that drawing up Congressional districts in order to prevent minorities from getting a seat is legal but drawing up a district to ensure a minority gets at least one seat is illegal.

This is a reminder of the racism of the Democratic Party leadership, like the Republicans, in their denunciation of maps showing a single Palestinian state encompassing all the lands between the river and the sea while expressing no objections to those depicting Israel controlling the entire area.
Repost from Hillel International:
Much like the calanit (Israel’s national flower), Israel’s history, achievements, and people are filled with resilience and beauty.
This Yom Ha’atzmaut, we’re celebrating Israel’s independence and the many joyful ways Jewish students connect to it, through community, culture, and shared experiences.
At campus Hillels across the world, students are marking the day in ways that feel personal and meaningful to them.
If you needed a sign to spread EXTRA Jewish joy, this is it.
